Stronger Hair in 3 months

Number ONE most important aspect of haircare is having a filter for your shower head

2) Get the right hairbrush- usually a boar bristle brush or a mixed brush such as this one ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000OLCM4W/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) This helps distribute natural oils from root to tip.

3) Do NOT use a blow dryer- let your hair dry naturally. Do not use any kind of hair straighteners/heat during hair treatments!

4) When you take a head shower- make sure its lukewarm water and not HOT. It can damage your scalp.

5) Do not brush your hair excessively- once a day is enough.

6) Do not expose your scalp to the sun- make sure you wear a cap or use a leave in conditioner that has SPF

7) Half hour to an hour before shower- apply coconut oil then wash off. Use unrefined cold pressed coconut oil found here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001EO5Q64/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

8) Use shampoos that are not harsh. Even baby shampoos are best during this time (until you feel your hair is healthier). Also, applying conditioner that has protein in it will strengthen your hair- after conditioning your hair, always wash it off with extra cold water- it will give your hair the shine it needs.

9) Consume Chia seeds (i found it in whole foods)- it helps with weight reduction and give you a lot more omega 3 fatty acids than fish, 3x the antioxidants of blueberries, more calcium than milk, more iron than spinach, and a better protein source than beans or soy. 1-4 tablespoons a day

10) Workout! The blood that flows to the brain acts as a scalp massage and improves the blood circulation, and in turn, growth. Along with all of these things, your intake of food should be excellent! Have walnuts and lots of greens.

Taking vitamins that helps the hair growth is a plus: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0012XPQF8/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If you follow all of these things religiously, you should find a difference in 3 months, if not sooner. Please do try as many things as you can on a daily basis- it will become a lifestyle:-)
